I want Kellen Moore to come to New Orleans with a Super Bowl ring to show off and motivate this roster with.

And somehow I want him to bring the offensive line guru, Stoutland, with him. I doubt the Eagles would let him go on a parallel move, though. The only way to guarantee would be to give him the OC spot. They can't block that. That could work since Moore would be the de facto OC anyway.
