IMO it would be wise of everyone to "give it time".

Whether Carr is the QB or not, Kellen needs a season or two, maybe even three to gain experience and build a team.

Sean Payton started 10-6 but followed with 7-9 and 8-8 before double digit winning seasons.

Let's give the man time to build his team.

It gives the fans something shiny and new to distract them from the steaming pile of manure this team was for the bulk of this past season.

We now have the youngest HC in the NFL.
We also have one of the oldest rosters.

I'm letting that marinate over the off season to see which direction we go from here. Label me cautiously pessimistic until more changes take place.
