Coaching Searches & Evaluations
 

I started a thread last year about the coaches strengths and weaknesses that got some traction. I think now is a good time to revisit our coaches in 2025. We desperately need new coaches and maybe we even need to rethink our scouting department. Moore has to find the right coaches if he wants to succeed.

Rizzi is gone. So, we need another special teams coach. We are getting a late start on building a great support staff and many valuable coaches have already taken another job.

The offensive staff is in place and now and the DC is set. We still need top notch position coaches and assistants.

IMO the additions are top notch.

Love the youth movement and blend of high level college experience.

I foresee a lot of innovation coming from the Saints very soon.

I like that he is bringing in older successful coaches. He's also giving the team a fresh shot of good college coaches getting ready for the next evolution of football.

Sounds like the staff is shaping up nicely. Should be a good mix.
