Happy Thanksgiving
 

I am finally back in New Orleans, home for the holidays. While the devastation is as depressing as it is widespread, I am amazed at the progress and the enthusiasm that has infected the people who have come back to reclaim their lives.

We have much to be thankful for this holiday. We have survived and will conquor the greatest challenge any city in this country has or probably will face. The class and dignity exhibited by many is inspiring.

Thank you all for keeping the faith. Be well and be safe.

Congrats that you're back! I sold my duplex a few days ago but I'm looking for something to rent uptown now.

Yes, New Orleans is coming back. It will probably be better and stronger than ever, no matter what 60 minutes says. And yes services and facilities are coming back online. And the French Quarter is back up.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone... I'm going back to New Orleans tomorrow for a nice little visit. I've been eating all frickin day.

I was there for Halloween and will spend Christmas in New Orleans --- HappyThanksgiving all.
