I am sticking with 10 and 6. The Bucs will not win the NFC South. The Saints will take revenge upon them in week one and we will again be a shock to the National media (as in 2000) and will not be a cenderella team this year but a serious threat in the Playoffs. Aaron Brooks will only get better, the best WR's/TE in the NFL, and Deuce will be unstoppable. The Saints defensive line is the biggest and quickest in the NFL. Charles Grant will shine brightly :exclam: |

I still think it\'s hard to tell right now, but I say 9 and 7 is a close bet. Still want to see more. I sure hope it\'s 11 games or more in the win column.

I\'m thinking 10-6 is a very realistic expectation but I actually think we may do even better than that, Possibly as good as 12-4 if we stay healthy. But I do honestly believe we\'ll start out with a win on Sept. 8th.

It\'s still early. I am happy with the win over Miami but it has to be noted that Zack Thomas did not play (& was replaced by an undrafted 3rd stringer) and the Dolphins offense did move the ball. Having said that, I am still wishing for a 10-6 year. I haven\'t seen the high level of play from Brooks that he displayed in many games during the last 2 years. My prediction is made with the heart - not the pocketbook. :casstet:

The way I see it, if we can be 4-4 at the bye week, we can have a chance at 9-7 with the teams we play after the bye. If we are any worse than 4-4 at the bye, we\'ll be begging just to finish at 8-8. I\'m a die hard saints fan, even after last years last 4 games, but playing the Bucs, Pack, Bears, Lions, Steelers out of the gate is gonna be rough. Follow that up w/ the \'Skins, 49\'s and the Falcons, the latter 2 of which have had our number for years, and I think you\'ll all agree that 4-4 will be respectable. I definately see the Saints in the playoffs. There won\'t be any time for Brooks to get a rythm going though. He\'ll have to come out the gates like War Emblem. There\'ll be no time for stumbling.

ABrooksBomb I see you say you see the saints going 9-7 but you also say they will make the playoffs. I dont see how they could go 9-7 this year and make the playoffs. With only 2 wildcards 9-7 wont make it. I still see the saints going 11-5 and winning the division. The tough games I see are: Pittsburgh, Green Bay, Bears, 49 ers and possibly Cleveland. We will split with Atlanta like always. If they win 2 of those five games with those teams 11-5, win anymore than 2 WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!
