Disturbing Comparison
I swore off posting sometime ago due to an idiot (BC) that had a Brooks/Haslett fetish going on and could not see the obvious. I read with dismay a statement by AB over the weekend, in which he said if the team moved one more time that he was going to quit. After having a hopeful moment that they would move again, I noticed a developing pattern. It was as if the team and the fans would be devastated if he left the team. He used it as to threaten whomever not to move the team. That statement and mindset immediately drew a likeness in my mind of Saddam Hussein as he tounge lashed the judge and declared that he was the President of Iraq. As if everyone in Iraq was going to rise up against the judge. There is a major problem when Brooks thinks that he has become bigger than the team, there is a psychological disorder going on in his head. I can only presume that these visions of grandeur are due to too many sacks. For the sake of the diehard fans and the good of the franchise Brooks cannot see the '06 season in a Saints uniform. Is there a comparison here or am I sniffing too much Afrin?

RE: Disturbing Comparison
What AB cannot see is that he may not be in a Saints uniform next year whether he decides to leave of someone else make the decision for him...A number of sportswriters have said that this is it for him and look for him somewhere else next year...their number one guess...Arizona.

RE: Disturbing Comparison
It has become painfully obvious that it is offensive play that has been their downfall the last couple of weeks and while it should not all fall on AB's shoulders he is the one taking the samps and puttings his hands on the ball every down
