OUTSIDE OF THE US, yes, a large majority of hispanics love soccer and baseball. BUT IN THE US, especially in South Texas, that is nowhere close to the truth. Football is the number one sport for hispanics here. But, due to Manu Gonobili, even in Argentina, basketball is beginning to overtake soccer as a national sport. You really should stop the stereo tryping.

BTW, Basketball's been popular in Argentina for years, but it will never ever come even close to Soccer as the national pastime, because Italians prefer Soccer
