Team owners appointed to the committee are Pat Bowlen (Denver), Lamar Hunt (Kansas City), Robert Kraft (New England), Jeff Lurie (Philadelphia), Mike McCaskey (Chicago), Jerry Richardson (Carolina), Dan Rooney (Pittsburgh), and Wayne Weaver (Jacksonville). |

The state of Carolina is a small market? Since when? Also, on Jacksonville's owner, I have heard he wants to move his team, or not necessarily wants to, but financially they aren't doing too hot. At Alltel stadium, they actually have to cover sections of seats due to the team never selling out. There have been talks of them moving, and I would think he'd want a part of LA. Who nows? But they have some good owners on the committee, and they will do what's best for us, at least for now. After next season, who knows?

So if we go with Gulf Coast Saints our market would be approximately 12 million with the states of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama and even some of Florida. I guess we ain't a small market anymore, because those same people already support the New Orleans Saints.

Or so people say. There are huge parts of Louisiana that don't support the Saints. SO until they actually have that name, no you can't say that.
