Saints' Horn questions NFL again, this time on cell phone use

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Two years after he was fined $30,000 by the NFL for making a choreographed cell phone call to celebrate a touchdown, Joe Horn said Wednesday that Falcons coach Jim Mora should be fined for using a cell phone during his team's loss at Tampa Bay.
