saints 2006 1st overall pick is...
Noon ET): Top junior DE headed to draft… North Carolina State DE Mario Williams said Saturday after the Wolfpack’s bowl win over South Florida that he will likely leave school early and enter the NFL draft. Williams indicated that he will make a formal announcement next week. The 6-6, 285 Williams has a chance to be the first defensive player off the board at the 2006 draft.
