hate to say it but...
the next biggest bust in the nfl will be reggie bush. he is a world class talent, but and here is the but anytime a player is hyped that much coming out of college, how many times has it panned out? not many if any i'm afraid, something will happen like a injury or something not to mention the heisman jinx.

you didn't see a single word in my post, that doubted his ability. i simply am saying the hype of a player to this degree usually doesn't equal the career(see herschel walker). barry sanders wasn't taken #1 overall, neither was he hyped to the degree of bush, hershel walker was though. |

RE: hate to say it but...
twin you have a good point to some respect. but lienart is qually as hyped as bush. he has just as good a chance to be a bust if not more. you can name a hundred people that have been hyped and not become what was expected. especially at qb. at every position though it has happened. i don't see bush as a bust. the bad thing is for any of these guys is what is expected of them. i don't expect bush to come in and rush for 1500 yards his first season. he needs to learn the blocking assignments also. if we took him first or second though that is what people would expect. same with matt. if we take him second people are going to expect him to be great his first year. he would do better to ride the pine for a year and learn. take some of the pressure off of him.
sanders won the heisman man how much more hype do you need. i mean bro there have been so many bust that getting bush or lienart gives us a shot at a bust. lienart in my opinion will have a tougher time only because i would think that qb is a lot tougher to play |
Your team stinks
