I have heard the Saints are interested in Darrius Holland from Minn. He is a 6\' 5\" 330 DT. I saw Jemaine Haley, a back-up DT for the Dolphins, play a couple of times last year. He seemed to be decent and more of a pass-rusher at 6\' 3\" 305. Darren Russell, if he is reinstated by NFL, could also be cut by the Raiders. He would demand a high salary, which makes it unlikely the Saints would sign him. By the way, this is my first post.

Darius Holland is getting alot of intrest, he says he wants to go to the Skins but money talks. Chester McGlockton is around, but he plays pretty inconsistently not sure he is any bettter than what we have. would give the nod to Holland at this point. This position really should be addressed in the draft which is a deep draft at this position.

Do you foresee two defensive tackles coming out of the draft?

No but we should only need one. We had problems abound at the tackle spot last year but out of Jackson Smith and Chase one should step up and hold a spot for us. Jackson can be dominate when in shape. With all this heavy lunch crap finaly frowned on and a new very respected strength and conditioning coach on board maybe we can get a good year out of him. Chase should provide good back up at the position, with Kenny Smithg being the real unknown. He looks great then he disappears. This year he knows he is fighting for his NFL life, get it done or get gone. I left out the big wiggle Norman Hand as he seems to be dead man eating after June 1.

I feel they\'re only 5 DT worthy of the saint\'s 17th and 18th pick.
Jimmy Kennedy/ will be gone Dewayne Robertson/ will be gone William Joseph /slim if any chance Kevin Williams/ slim Jonathon Sullivan/ ? will the saint pick him or the 2nd best LB or3rd CB I prefer LB & CB people say Rasheen Mathis and Dennis Weathersby in the second but they want be around for us. The saints DB are averaging 30 + in age. Do you really take a chance on getting Drayton Florence in the 3rd |
