I like the late 90's uni's. I love the gold helmets, but I want them to bust out the black on black like what Glover and Mitchell are rocking out

How about purple and gold with a black stripe down the middle of the helmet and down the pants, that would get them winning

How about I stick my fo.................can't finish that, cuz I don't want you to be scared. I always thought that the Mardi Gras colors, King Cake colors (gold, green, purple) if you will would be totally cool but with a little black thrown in.

You guys are scaring me. The Mardi Gras color are great festive colors and they are definitely trademark...but on a uniform? Only in Europe!!

Well if we're gonna change uniforms, why not all black at home including black helmet, and all gold on the road including the gold helmet we have now. The white jersey can become the alternate.

I didn't look all that closely at the uniform history link. Have we ever worn all black? All black with the gold helmet would be cool. Don't know about the all gold, though. Years ago my Seminoles came out for a homecoming game in all gold w/gold helmets and were practically booed back into the locker room. It was butt ugly. Maybe the Saints could come up with an all gold that looks good, but I doubt it.
