Some Coaches maybe off the market
and why aren't we being serious about this:
NFL | Mariucci likely to sit out 2006 season Sun, 8 Jan 2006 10:54:00 -0800 ESPN.com's Chris Mortensen reports sources close to former Detroit Lions head coach Steve Mariucci said he's not prepared to re-enter the NFL fray again at this stage and he will likely sit out the 2006 season. Rams | Team will interview Lewis Monday Sun, 8 Jan 2006 09:29:07 -0800 Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the St. Louis Rams will interview New York Giants defensive coordinator Tim Lewis for their head coaching vacancy in New York Monday, Jan. 9. The Giants are limiting the interview time to two hours. The Rams have no clear cut favorite for the job and are hoping Lewis will impress them enough to become the favorite for the job. Lions | Team will interview Lewis Monday Sun, 8 Jan 2006 09:28:13 -0800 Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports Detroit Lions team president Matt Millen will interview New York Giants defensive coordinator Tim Lewis for their head coaching vacancy in New York Monday, Jan. 9. The Giants are limiting the interview time to two hours. Packers | Team will interview Lewis Monday Sun, 8 Jan 2006 09:26:19 -0800 Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the Green Bay Packers will interview New York Giants defensive coordinator Tim Lewis for their head coaching vacancy in New York Monday, Jan. 9. The Giants are limiting the interview time to two hours. Saints | Serious interviews to start next week Sun, 8 Jan 2006 09:32:40 -0800 Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the New Orleans Saints have been in the process of moving back to Louisiana and thus they have not conducted any "serious" interviews for their head coaching vacancy. That will change next week when the team brings in some candidates for interviews. Oh, I forgot we are going to wait until all the good ones are gone first and then we'll strike. |

and with Kubiak being so closely linked to Reeves in Houston you would think he is gone too. I wouldn't mind Henderson from the Jets or Fassell but we need to pull the trigger before we get shot in the face first.

I would rather Henderson. Tassel has a rep of being too soft. Need someone to show the team some tough love.

RE: Some Coaches maybe off the market
We'll probably take the cheapest coach available.
