and every article I have seen says we are not going to franchise Bentley and he may sign with another team, so who in the hell would we franchise then? I don't know

What I heard was if Brooks is cut we would be 17 mil. under the cap, I don't think it includes Howard..

Cher..This link shows us to be 10 mil. under the cap so if we cut Brooks we would be right at 17 mil. under the cap, so the report I got was correct, we really ok with cap money
