interesting enough, rick gosselin's mock draft here in dallas shows the saints picking ot kwame harris at 17 and c jeff faine at 18. i've followed his column for the past 10 yrs and he is pretty good about his mock drafts. without any impact players the saints want at the time of their picks on defense this is the way he sees us going. comments anyone? smitty

I think it\'d be nuts. personally. The offense is already working reasonable well - the defense isn\'t. And there\'s a lot of defensive talent out there - some of it is bound to make it to 17 and 18.

Too true, Gator. I had Deuce as a top 5 pick and he fell all the way down to us. Couldn\'t believe at the time that we drafted him, but look where we are now.
