A week later they rallied to beat Los Angeles at home to clinch the playoff spot. An inspiring win which set the stage for the Dome Patrol years.
And I was at that LA Rams game . Dec 31 1990 That was my 1st game in the Superdome; so the whole day was wicked. And I was wearing my Dalton Hilliard shirt (oh I must go and have a look at it again). Dalton was my all-time hero. I felt he could do anything. So that has to be the greatest game when I was actually at the game. $18 ticket, Programme $2, Parking $7. Walsh was QB that day, and he was rubbish 2nd half, but somehow got us to field goal range when he called time out with 8 seconds to go, and Morten kicked with the score at 17-17. But he pooched it! Anyways, offsides Rams, and we "soared: into the playoffs. Bedlam!

Shame about the stinky game at Chicago in the play-off.

[I liked BnB's 1st playoff win v dem Sheep. I also remember a late night game when I am sure we beat Seattle 6-0. The tension was awful ]
