I like it but Mangold will have to be a second round pickhe will be gone by the third. skip Omar. G Maxie-Giels with the third #2. Not one MLB in round 2? hmm but Simms would be nice at SLB. AJ at WLB.
Maurice there in round 4? If not Hass. but i doubt he will be there either. so a third will go to WR. I also like the pilling up of picks in 2 and 3, as well as 2 #1 next year and 2 #1 in 2008. Alot of trade power to move up in next years draft to get Quinn. |

If draft day goes anything like what they have written or something close to....I'll be very happy.

This guy keeps putting his dream draft. It probably won't go anything like that.

It does not hurt to dream. Especially a draft like that.

RE: First and Gold: 17th Edition
but that is exactly what that is, a dream, focus on reality. He keeps filling all of our need in the draft. If that were to happen great for us but it is highly unlikely. We might fill 2-3 needs in the draft with rookie starters but the chances of getting a starter for all our needs from the draft i rediculous. Hell, it is hard to get a starter past the 4th round. We need to focus more on FA.

we might not get a starter in the first round. Who is to say if we pick a QB if he will start next year.

I hear you gfan. I am focusing on reality. Even though the draft won't come out like that....if the Saints go to the draft with that attitude I would love it. Especially the part where he picks a good FA QB.

You guys don't fight. Let me tell you something that draft is alot closer to happening then anyone thinks. That draft will not fill all of our needs but wouldn't it be nice for the Saints to finally do something right? We will get 2 or 3 out of the draft this year and a couple in FA's that will contribute immediately and if we get a couple of number ones next year, my wouldn't that be something! Hey, G how do you think the draft will go? Just curious, you seem to know how alot about dreams, so I was wondering if you had an opinion on the actual picks too?

Looks like a good mock. Only one question, where did Mario Williams go? Do you belive he won't go in the first round?
