cut off time is 10pm right now and free agency gets under way at 1201 am monday. cut off time refers to the time teams have to get under the cap.

I just heard it on ESPN, thanks. Bloody Sunday was an old movie and it will come true today. Some teams have to go a long way to get under the salary cap.

Doesnt really suck too much, they will still have to play this year under the present agreement and reduced salary cap correct? I would hate to be the team that is 20 million over the cap right now.
