I have been away since last Friday and have missed all of the drama and gossip regarding our beloved Saints. I just saw that LeCharles Bentley went to Cleveland. Sweet. I hate keeping our good players. What else has been going on the last week?

LaVar Arrington
Will Witherspoon
Drew Brees

What is the deal with these guys? Any chance that we can get any of them?

I have also been looking at a list of available free agents and I've collected a few interesting names:

Justin Hartwig
Willie McGinest
Maake Kemoaetu

as far as lecharles there is no way we could have kept him and he just got the highest pay check ever for a center. never mind he was on nfl network and said it was the happiest day of his life to be back in cleveland and he wished they could have drafted him but they were a couple of spots behind the saints but god has a plan. not our fault there

also deuce from what i read we are trying to bring in witherspoon and would like to get him but that the rams are making a hard push for the guy too and may sign him

Brees is possibly the one that we have the best chance of signing. Witherspoon is still up in the air, especially for what the Rams are offering. Mark two of your extra free agents off your list, because Carolina signed both of them; Justin Hartwig and Maake Kemoaetu.
