RE: Strange Detroit Signing
i would think Rogers would head the list of players that won't be wearing a Lions uniform next season.

Not too keen on signing guys who are so brittle or so interested in dope, but he might be a bargain. Cris Carter had to deal with dope before he became such an elite talent. |

Connell's departure from Washington was because of the problems he had with the coaching staff. He didn't turn into a pick-pocket until he signed with the Saints
Rogers would actually have had to be on the field in order to have a falling out with the coaching staff :P |

We need to re-sign Az-Hakim first. He's still a good #3 reciever that can, in emergencies, take punt/kick-offs. But Rogers might be an OK replacement, still only a #2-3 WR. Stallworth needs to take that next step he showed flashes of last season and become our #1. Horn then becomes #2, with Az-Hakim/Rogers or Henderson fighting for #3.

Eric Moulds anyone??? I also hear Keyshawn may become available but I'd prefer we stay clear of him.
