RE: The All Payton Team
I'm not feeling it... YET.
To compare, Andy Reid taking over for a strugling Eagles replaced nearly 70% of the team his first year. I've seen no where near that kind of turnover. The Saints want to keep the players the same and improve, I don't see it. Most of the players are mediocre to good, not good to great. There needs to be more of a change ASAP. This team has the money and there are still players that can make an impact out there. One OLB does not a turnaround make. |

RE: The All Payton Team
There might not be as much turnover going on with this team, but I say let's just see what a new coaching staff can do for a team that has always been considered one of the "most talented" teams in the league. I honestly believe that a lot of the problems that we had last year were a result of bad discipline and bad coaching. We had poor offensive schemes, poor defensive schemes, too many penalties, poor play calling, etc. etc. I think with a competent coach, this team would have won at least three more games last season. Plus with stability of playing at home I think this team has a good chance to make a big turnaround as long as we do something in FA and in the draft.

LK ... a little better. But you notice our #1 QB & RB are both coming off injuries? That's the Saints for you. But if they perform at where they should, man will this offense do well. Now for the Defense.
