All of the mock drafts, have Wroten from LSU still available in the second round. We can draft Brick in the first round and Wroten with our second round and fill two sports with players that can start right off the bat.

Well, another LB and a Safty were signed, does that help? LB Anthony Simmons and S Omar Stoutmire were also signed today. |

Great signing. Bennett is super fast. He has the ability to break one every time he touches the ball, much like Deuce did in 2002. We got off cheap, too. I'm really feeling positive about this new coach & the decisions the FO is making. And after signing 2 LB's in a week, it looks like we're getting the Brick House. After that, strictly defense. Strictly defense baby!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent pick up. I guess RB is not a concern anymore. I would love to trade down with Denver and get both of their first rounders. That would virtually give us 3 first rounders since the draft is so deep this year.
Magold (C), Jackson (MLB) and Max Jean-Gilles (OG). |

This is a very good signing I was worried about what they were going to do w/ the backup RB spot.

Plus Denver only has pick 22 and 29. According to the draft value chart that only adds up to 1420 in points compared to our number 2 overall valued at 2600 points. Unless we get the rest of their picks for the draft(which wouldn't be worth it for us because of their late picks, plus ol Shanahan won't get his annual new stud RB) or a really good player or two they don't have the firepower to trade up to our spot. |

i would love to love to get etra picks especially if it included another number 1 next year but i am not sure we can let this brickshaw go. he really does wonders for our line if he is what everyone thinks he wil be. two first round tackles in two years. i thought brown played well last year real well for a rookie. add another guy that could do the same thing and next year and the years after we could be looking at something vey very unique. let me know what ya think

Hey Cher, how was that vacation? You missed out on the Aaron Brooks departure party. |
