RE: Beerman
I haven't heard anything lynwood, but I think that the coaches should handle his situation by allowing him to EARN the KR and PR spot, not by just giving it to him.

RE: Beerman
Lewis is a Restricted Free Agent. He's technically not on the team at this point because they haven't signed a tender sheet for him. I doubt with his age and the injury he suffered that the team is willing to put the money out there for him. I liked him, I liked that he's from the NO area, but if he's not up to par it's not wirth the roster spot.

RE: Beerman
It's time for him to stay gone. After that one great season he had returning kicks, he didn't do to much after that.

RE: Beerman
papz... I'm with you. He had one good year, and a couple good games after that, but was mostly stuffed after that first year.

He was a hometown boy that made a great interest story. But he's had his run (no pun intended), and it's time to let a new rookie take over. One that's not in his 30's.

Yeah I liked the guy too, but I say throw him on the pile of ate up former saints....i'd like to see henderson return kicks or Skyler Green if we have the chance to draft him
