When you are at the bottom... there's no way to go but up. Great day for Saints fans. Looks like the city is coming back... at least the people with some money are here.

What always shocked me about the NFL's take on the situation was how much they thought one section of town was going to affect the overall ticket purchasing. As you can see I live in Eagles teritory, if there was a major disaster that struck the city of Philadelphia the Eagles would still be fine simply because they pull season ticket holders from FOUR states (PA, NJ, DE, MD) and many from even farther out. The Saints HAVE to be in a similar situation (not number of states), in that many people come from HOURS away to see the games. I can't believe the NFL didn't think of that, or that local businesses would still want to advertise with the Saints.

St. Tammany Parish says it has a plan to improve traffic in just two years.

Where the hell did this statement come from in the article? I bet you someone got fired over that one.
