History says draft a Left Tackle

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; History also says our top draft choices (especially lineman) that turn out to be really great end up leaving us for other teams after a short stay. We're kinda' like a farm team for the rest of the NFL....

HELL YEAH. He and Charles Grant got into a scuffle year before last after the Arizona game. I would LOVE to see AB spin into a rush on Charles Grant's side of the field 5-6 times a game. LOVE IT!! I damn sure hope the Bucs sign him.

Seems like all players that leave go on to be better outside of NO.

And don't forget that La'Roi never had a better season than when he was with the Saints. He never had the same kind of production in Dallas as he did here...

I'll concede some of them, Turley's injury limited him severly, but there is along list of those who did Grady Jackson, Sam Mills, Morten Anderson, Rickey Williams (Minus the Drug Year and head case issues which still persist) Glover, Sammy Knight, Chad Morten, Jake Delhome just off the top of my head.
