RE: Mario Williams Poll
I actually don't mind the "switching out" tactic. It keeps your D-line fresh and agressive. Phily has been using it for years and look where their D is ranked most years. You don't get phenominal numbers as a player doing this, but the team benifits.

RE: Mario Williams Poll
But why would we get a guy who isn't going to be playing the whole time when we can draft a guy at a position of need who WILL play the entire game?

RE: Mario Williams Poll
Deuce, I'm not arguing your point. I agree that it wouldn't be the best player for us by need, but if we've got him, it's an upgrade to the possition.

RE: Mario Williams Poll
I guess it would be an upgrade, but I really think that the tandem of Grant and Will is one of the best in the NFL. I know he's a good player, but why use your best pick to upgrade a position that's already the best on your team when you have holes at OT, OC, LB, DT, and CB; none of which Williams will fill...

RE: Mario Williams Poll
grant is good, don't consider him to be "impact".
and again, i'm not advocating the pic. it is not what i would consider to be ideal. however, i would be happy with it. |
