I'm laughin' at tRaider fans........

Take it from me guys. I've been working the Raiders websites and it is umbelieveable what these fans are thinking they will get from AB. Most supporters of him there either are outcast former "Saints fans" that only like Brooks or overly optimistic Raiders fans that find his stats on NFL.COM andhave not seen him play 5 games. Most of the other fans and senior members of the board who have seen him play hate the move and know the AB that we know.

They envision AB being a "poor mans' Daunte Culpepper", who can just chuck it and let Randy Moss catch up to it. One Brooks fan went as far to say that AB has the best deep ball in the business...lol I died laughing when i read that!

That's no worse than Alvis Whitted calling him "intelligent." Where did they find that rube? lol

I realy wish Aaron the best.....but the best thing for the Saints was him gone.
To quote Jack: "Just wait til they get a load of me"...
Raiders fans ....you have my blessings...

I don't know why, but for some reason when I saw this on ESPN.com, I just started dying laughing!

Isn't that the receiver he's supposed to be throwing to behind him? :?

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! :D

LOL gandhi... that was a good one.

Mistakes and attitude.

He gave us our most shinning moments ever. More than Archie, Bobby, or any other qb we've ever had. He will now be throwing to one of the best if not the best WR in the game. He will have a monster season for sure...he will be a fantasy players dream this year...some of those balls that Donte dropped will turn into five yard passes that go for 90 yards. Unlike most who will read or post here, I thought the Saints should have kept him.
Brooks had run his course here. The 20+ TDs and 3000+ yards every year were workable. But the mistakes and the turnovers could not justify the $6+ million he would have made in 2006 for the Saints.

Imagine what you could have done with that $60 million they spent on an injured Brees who may not be able to throw a deep out this year. They better hope and pray Brees recovers. I'll still be pulling for my Saints but I'll definitely be pulling for the Raiders too...I hope AB makes everyone in N.O. regret we let him go...Congrats AB.
I too am glad he landed on his feet. It'll be interesting to see what happens with a new OC and HC for Aaron.

AB would not have gotten half of the criticism he got if he just stopped smiling and kept his yap shut.
Definite co-sign on this point.

I hope the Raider Nation bury him under the black hole after he throws his first signature smiling interception.

GoldRush26 03-23-2006 04:27 PM

You know...I never understood the "fans" who will ill upon their team just because a player they liked got released. I wish they would just leave all together and stop posting on here.

Dang I liked LeCharles Bentley, but I'm not going to hope the Saints give up a sack on every play because of it. That's counterproductive. The organization is greater than the player, not the other way around.

Hard to tell! Is it an offensive lineman?
