"We ought to get a pretty good quarterback out of this draft,'' Adams said at the NFL owners meetings in Orlando, Fla. "Drafting No. 3, we ought to get a pretty good quarterback in that spot right there. … I hope we get a guy who can be our leader for about 10 years. It's time for that, I think.'' McNair is a $23.5mil cap hit this year. Ouch! Makes only sense like NO trading down. Sure QB pick at #3 only increases the value of #2. The only way to get the best QB prospect since Peyton is through the Saints front office. |
