i wouldnt say bad.. id say below average... brown is good and getting better... holland is good and holding steady... everyone else is servicable...and others will likely be added in the draft...

there are some new faces that i imagine not too many here really know very much. payton has said more were going to be brought in as well. he is definitely an offensive minded coach. i am giving him a wide berth of support. the patriots have been very successful in operating with a relatively low budget-low profile offensive line. if they can do the same here, more power to'em. i am hoping we all will realize there is a lot more to coaching and schemes than we have seen in the past few years! so brick or no brick my judgement really will not solidify until seeing a few regular season games.

Didn't we JUST sign Mayberry last year to play ROT? He was our BIG free agent signing if I remember correctly. I just can't understand why we would not try him out at ROT and move Brown to LOT and pick Hawk or Williams. If Mayberry can't play the offensive line position of either guard or tackle for us what good is he. We should cut him or trade him to the Panthers for their backup safety and an undisclosed draft pick in 2007. And what's the deal with Stinchcomb? I'm sorry but if I were the Saints I'd be sick of paying this guy to lift weights and take a spot in the training room. He needs to either produce and play this year or I would cut him as well. I'm sick of all the dead weight on our Oline.

If Brick goes, Marcus McNeil looks good in the late first-early second.
