this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; How about Vernon Davis? Can't block, is he gonna just play passing downs. Didn't hear much from in college. Give him a motorcycle and he'll be your next Kellen Winslow...

AJ Hawk is Over-Rated--He's short, not very strong and has short arms. He gets gobbled up by big offensive linemen. He had the good luck to have a great Ohio State defense surrounding him. He doesn't change direction well and is weak in coverage. He's also injury prone. At best he'll have the instincts of Rocky Calmus and the health of Cie Grant.

It's hard to narrow it down to just one player that is overrated, but the first one that comes to my mind is Vince Young. IMO, he's Aaron Brooks with more physical ability but not quite as smart.

VERNON DAVIS!!!!
You wanna sell me on a TE in the top 10, let alone the top 20??? Give me a break. Show me the TE that deserves that kind of attention and I'll show you Kellen Winslow and Cam Cleeland. Kid can run and catch....coincidentally he can also get rag-dolled by DEs and LBs about any day of the week that ends in "Y". 6'3"?! That makes him a weapon over which SLB or SS? Come on....only bigger hype is Hurricane Football |

Matt Leinart.....O line awsome running backs best in College recievers caught floating ducks all year. Leinart is the third QB drafted and thats based on hanging with Nick Lache and the likes of the Hollywood.
