First of all, IMO, I don't think we have seen Stallworth at his best. Second of all, what is with all the Stallworth is worth a damn talk? The guy is doing pretty well. I don't think he's had reached his full potential yet. He's had some probs with his hamstrings, but Charles Rogers is about as durable as a piece of cheap toilet paper.

No thanks. I say keep Stallworth and tell Rogers to go to the Raiders. The Raiders love to over pay over- rated crackhead underachievers.

Actually TIGERSAINT, I was referring to Charles Rogers. He has injury problems and drug problems. I love Donte

You also have to remember that Rodgers hasn't done a thing in the NFL yet. Like everyone knows, he has been hurt and with the 2 big williams receivers, he won't get to play much in detroit. Stallworth, IMO, seemed to start breaking out last season. No, he isn't an all-star number one WR, but he deffinatley showed flashes of a solid number 2. Most WR don't breakout until 3 or 4 years in the league anyway. Donte is at that beaking point now.

Yes, typically it's 3 years, give or take. Donte is about to enter his 5th.

Um, minus two for injury, so actually he is right on track. AND, LOOK AT HIS QB!!!! Give the man a year with Brees. I guarantee there's gonna be a lot of changed attitudes on Donte. what the hell else has the dude go to do? He led the team in receiving last year, and he has busted his ass for two years to stay healthy. And EVERYONE has seen what he can do if he catches a pass in stride, and not have to dive in the dirt for balls too low or behind him. He is not a possession receiver, which is exactly what he had to turn into with Joe out and Brooks throwing the ball.

Hey, hey, hey, I'm right there with you. But if I'm going to argue a point for one receiver, don't I have to argue that same point for all receivers? I am looking forward to seeing what he can do with a QB that can actually hit him in stride, and allow him to utilize that great speed that he has, and let's face it, there aren't that many players in the NFL that are as fast as he is.

My bad. It's just driving me crazy people actually wanna trade Stallworth. That's unreal to me. He was EASILY our best receiver last year, and I thought one of the few bright spots. Yeah he drops balls, but Joe Horn led us in dropped balls the year before. So what? AND he is right in line with receivers like Chad Johnson and such in dropped balls. It's not really that big of an issue. I would just hate to lose this guy. Just when he's starting to put it together, and finally got a real QB.

I don't see what all this talk about trading Donte is all about... For what...A 3rd round pick? Another so called underacheiver? Pointless. No matter what he does, people will always want to go back to the dropped passes?

I doubt he had that many more then some of the receivers people get all woked out about getting in a trade for Stallworth! Face it he is a good receiver and had a good year. Why trade him? It makes NO sense to me, and if we do, then you know he'll break out and get into the Pro Bowl....then what will you say?

JENGA....I Win!
