So based on how much value they place in certain players, they could ask for more than simple chart value. Like, say Bush fell to two. Do you think he is worth the same as every other number two who has gone in the NFL draft? I don't. I think he'd be worth quite a bit more. So yeah, you can look at it value chart wise and say " well, it fits" but that doesn't necessarily make it a good deal.
