You can have Mario with your wasted pick. Take Lienart and screw up the draft for everyone else. Or just fall on our sword and take Hawk. No other selection will do at #2.

Me thinks the Jets are salivating for Leinart. They will get him some how, some way. Just a gut feelin'.

I think the Jets want Matt a ton too, but I also think Tannenbaum is willing to stand fast and gamble. I think the Titans are still kinda split on the Young/Leinart pick (who's been watching their sportscenter?? :wink: ), but in the end I think they want Leinart. I also think the Raiders want Huff, but Al Davis has a man-crush on Young.

Any of them could trade up with us, but in the end I think it will be either Titans trade with us for an alright set of picks, or the Raiders do and we drop to #7 w/ a good player (Porter) and some later picks.

I want Hawk at #2, but doubt that happens. Leinart is trade bait, but never going to be picked up by us (thanks goodness). The biggest thing I'd like out of a trade is a 3rd round pick.

I'm a little tired of the Bongo thing but I do continue to monitor other boards. The latest in that trade thing is NO and NYJ are out altogether. It is just a straight TN-OAK deal that is being worked on. The other was too tricky with SF and GB uncooperative.
