--------okay, how about tallworth and a fith rd?

Bob Grotz, of the Delaware County Times, reports sources said the Philadelphia Eagles offered DT Hollis Thomas and a sixth-round draft choice to the Green Bay Packers in exchange for WR Javon Walker, but it appears the offer was not enough to get the job done. ESPN reported the Eagles offered the Packers Thomas and OG Artis Hicks. According to SportsLine.com, the Packers want a first-round pick for Walker.

---------Sullivan and a 5th?

Probably thought of already...

If they are hellbent to get rid of Stallworth and get an acceptable contract with Walker, then-

exchange pick #2 for #5 for Walker. makes drafting AJ easier.

Then trade Stallworth for what you can get, a low 2nd or 3rd. Philly, Denver, or Miami would want him I bet.

Now if Brett came back because the packers promised him help on the OL they might be after DBRIK and that is why he is here. If not Denver has a ton of picks.
now GB has picks 5, 36, 67, 104, 139 that they can trade. So what value is Walker worth? He is not 100% and the money he will want looks to be a one year deal. So a 3 will be just (190 pt value). Plus that would put us in good standing for AJ/Davis. That leaves about 700 pts to get. so a third this year and a 2 next year. wont happen. henderson/ stallworth for him is okay

Improbable but creative, draft Mario and Hawk then. LOL I like a Walker and Stallworth combo too. That would impress Brett wouldn't it?

I love this one, maybe add a 2nd from next year to make it possible? I just don't wanna see Stallworth go.

Packers | Driver disgruntled over team's failure to redo contract
Thu, 27 Apr 2006 12:47:01 -0700

Michael Smith, of ESPN.com, reports Green Bay Packers WR Donald Driver is mad that the team has not re-done his deal and wants to be traded or released.
I used to be convinced that the Saints had the most incompetant FO in the whole league until the last two years.

The Green Bay plan:
1. Let both of my all pro guards go.
2. Alienate my #1 WR.
3. Trade my best CB because I won't pay him.
4. Let my center go the very next year.
5. Now alienate my #2 WR and most dependable target on the whole team.
What kind of show are they running in GB?

At this point, I'd be ok with giving Grant for Driver and the #5 pick.

I love this one, maybe add a 2nd from next year to make it possible? I just don't wanna see Stallworth go.
Thanks, I think it is a pretty good idea too.

Hmmm...It does sound good. Pick up Mario at 2 and then pick up D-Brick or Hawk at 5. I'd do a backflip.

And hopefully you land on your head and get amnesia and wake up thinking you are a Cowboys fan or something so you won't have to hear for the next 6 years what a terrible waste of a pick Mario was for the Saints.
