Mark my words: This draft will go down as the Sam Bowie over Michael Jordan of all NFL drafts for the Texans. And will mark the day our franchise turned a corner cause of it.

euph..
This is big, most fans will be excited and optimistic, it seems that the Saints always get the bad luck but ever since we got coach Payton only good things have happened so far, maybe he's a good luck charm. This is Bush we're talking about.... |

Absolutely stunning developments today!!! This changes everything. Right now I say the number 1 option is PICKING REGGIE BUSH. We say how stupid the Texans are for not taking him....how stupid would we be for passing him...probably even moreso than them. Both us and the Texans have capable running backs, yet he's still should have been #1. This gives us a player rated better than Ladanian Tomlinson to team up with Drew Brees. We have Deuce, true, but Bush is already on another level. Deuce runs over people, while Reggie makes people miss, and is far more versatile. All who made a case for Leinart putting butts in the seats....well Bush will put even MORE butts in the seats, so get ready to support the pick!
Now of course if some teams want to give us their entire drafts for the guy, by all means lets pull the trigger on a trade. But if we are getting lowballed and teams call our bluff, lets get Reggie Bush and start a new beginning in the Big Easy! Butt load or picks or Reggie Bush....if neither of those happen the Saints will have effectively fudged this draft up. |
