Trade scenario...

I think that the Saints will trade the #2 pick to the 49ers for their 2 first round picks and a 3rd. The saints will use the 6th pick to select Hawk.

I think that Bush will look good in that weak 49er backfield and the fact that Bush is from Southern Cal will pack the stadium every week.

The Saints can use the 49ers 2nd first round pick to select Mangold or a conerback. This is how I see things shaking out. This is a win, win!!!

Hawk's not there at 6....he's gone at 5 to GB

If we want Hawk, it has to be four...we may get more picks through 49ers, but quality is through NY

But it is nice to have a win-win this early!!!

basic trade down options

lets see again. not being greedy
2 to 3 Tenn. #1 and 2nd (07) = 2600 problem here they do not have a 3rd
2 to 4 Jets #4,29 71, 117 = 2612 they are loaded.
2 to 5 GB 5, #1 (07), 104, 139 = 2622.5 no multi. so a player would be part
here we risk loosing out on AJ, DBrick,
2 to 6 SF #6, #1 (07), 88, 100, = 2650 no 2nd here
now davis could be gone
2 to 7 Oak #7, 42,70, #2(07) = 2660 no 5th
huff probly gone so it will cost big. we do not go here.

Denver is interesting, they are the most loaded. so now what

Teams cant trade comp. picks. Secondly, i need more than 2 first rounders for the right to take Bush...and dont sleep on the fact that the packers will take Davis at 5...with Walker on his way out and now Driver wants to be traded, they need a nice target for Favre and Davis is the best in the draft.
