One of the problems that I noticed with him is he has a big head. At least that is the way he comes across to me during his interviews. I would not want him on my team at this time. Dude thought he could live on the success of his brother and do whatever he wants. Hopefully, he is learning a tough lesson. Now is the time for him to get his act together.
