Wally Williams is history.
NEW ORLEANS (April 30, 2003) -- The New Orleans Saints waived guard Wally Williams.

Williams, entering his 11th season, signed with the Saints in 1999 as an unrestricted free agent.

After injuring his knee in training camp, Williams dressed but did not play in the first eight games of the 2002 season. He then missed four games before playing in the final four games of the season on special teams.

Also Wally was relesed after being suspended for the year by the league for violating there drug policy again. Thats his third strike another team probably wont want to take a chance on him after he is elegible for readmittance, so don\'t worry all you may have seen the last of wally in football. Wonder if the Saints had a clue this was comming from the league? If they did it sure makes those OL picks seem smarter.
