If you mean USC, here's the list since 1982:
Jack Del Rio - 1985 Ernest Spears - 1990 Scott Ross - 1991 Chad Morton - 2000 Ennis Davis - 2001 Reggie Bush - 2006 Now, if you meant UCLA, here you go: Charles Arbuckle - 1990 Othello Henderson - 1993 Craig Novitsky - 1994 Rodney Leisle - 2004 Other than Reggie, neither list (USC or UCLA) holds any eye popping talent in it. |

I sat next to Del Rio at the '87 Sugar Bowl (LSU/Nebraska). He was with the Saints then. I was 10yo, and knew who he was. I talked the poor guys ear off. He left the game early, and I don't know if it was because of the score or me.
I bet if I saw him today and asked him if he remembers the kid next to him at that game, he would. |
