So, who is gonna be offensive and defensive MVP??

Just for our team. We actually have a few different choices with new players and the draft, so who do you think is gonna make the biggest impact on each side of the ball? For offense, I am going Brees. I am operating under the assumption here he will be healthy when the season starts. I think for our team, he wil lhave the biggest impact on all the offensive players, old and new. On defense, I am going with The Manimal, with Anthony Simmons close on him should he stay healthy. I just don't see the Manimal being stopped with our aggressive defensive scheme, and the fact that he was already a beast. Of course, these players will help a lot of other players, but I think they will have the biggest impact one ach side of the ball.

I'd go with Brees, as well. Based on the same assumptions. I'd lean towards Bush as a close second should Deuce not regain full health or is re-injured.

Hmm... I don't have a pick on defense at the moment.

Offense: Donte Stallworth - He should be very motivated after almost getting traded.

Defense: Will Smith - A sack machine he should be, the pressure he can put on a QB should make the rest of the defense do much better than in the past.

Drew Brees and Charles Grant. Seeing how now teams will focus more on Smith this season, Grant should see less double teams and have a 60 plus tackle 10 sack season.

Well, the logical pick for the offense is Brees...because everyone else's success is going to depend on him...but i will go out on a limb and take Bush as offensive MVP...based on the fact that the mismatches he is going to create and the attention he is going to get is going to open things up for everyone else.

Defensively, I am going to take Charles Grant...i think he has more to prove than anyone else after a very disappointing year last year and...i do believe he is also in his contract year. So i think he is going to bounce back and get his 10-12 sacks. I will take Fujita as a close second as he is going to lead the team in tackles and he will be good for about 3 sacks and 2 picks.

Aaaaaayyyyyy!!

Well,

The guy has to switch to the hardest O-Line spot in his second year. He has to protect Brees' blind side or he's toast. He also has to seal the edge (usually without a TE) so Deuce, Bennett and Bush can make those big runs, and he has to be the leader of the O-Line. That's a lot to ask from a sophomore and I'll bet he will make the pro bowl. Plus, I was a LT in high school and the O-Line never gets credit for all the big plays.
