Watson is not here because the Saints removed him from the rooster on their web site. As for our new LBs just signed, I put them were, IMO, they are most needed. If any one is left off or out of place let me know. As if you guys and gals will let it slip by. Who knows were the R will end up |

RE: Defensive Depth Chart
Still a little thin on the D-line...
Literally. We have no big guy in the middle. One more trade? Watson, Stallworth for a big (lbs.) guy??? |

RE: Defensive Depth Chart
I think as of right now we only have 2 legit concerns on defense. First is whether or not one of our DTs is going to play big and eat space in the middle allowing our rangy and very athletic LBs to make plays. This situations is very similar to Ray Lewis demanding a big DT in Baltimore, except that they went out and drafted Haloti Ngata and we still have Brian Young. Our second concern is that corner opposite of Mike McKenzie. I think Anwar Phillips is going to be a stud, but he's unproven and he wasn't even drafted (although it was for character reasons, not athletic reasons). Jason Craft, Joey Thomas, and Fred Thomas just ain't gonna get it done. We need somebody to step up.
