this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; The saints can now hold on to that 4th rounder and if they wanted to, they could parlay that and the other 4th for a 3rd rounder. The options are there. They could deal that pick and a backup player ...

The saints can now hold on to that 4th rounder and if they wanted to, they could parlay that and the other 4th for a 3rd rounder. The options are there. They could deal that pick and a backup player for Edwards...they could go out and try to find a lineman. Or they could stick it in their pocket and play with it next year.
