Fleur De Lis Even Smaller??!!
from wwl.com:
THE FLEUR DE LIS RETURN For the first time this training camp the Fleur-De- Lis, the team’s logo, was present on a few helmets at practice. Head coach Sean Payton had said prior to camp that the team would have to earn their logos, but said after this morning’s practice that those with the decals received them for no special reason. The only players with the logos were all of the quarterbacks and kickers. The logo is different from last season’s; it’s smaller on the helmet. The flower is still black with a white border. How small are we gonna go with the dern fleur? Pretty soon, we'll be looking like a plain Notre Dame helmet. |

They're not that small. To me they don't look a whole lot different.

I see that coach Peyton took a page out of the Bill Parcells coaching guidebook. That is the type of discipline this team has been missing for so long.

I think the players will have to earn respect from Sean and it won't come easy....
I like what I'm seeing thus far... |

Hopefully Payton has his own personality and his own mark to put on this team. I have to say I do love the discipline we have seen though.
