Falcons' T.J. Duckett

Falcons running back T.J. Duckett is now believed to be on the Jets' radar and may be available for a third-round pick, a price the Jets appear willing to pay. Duckett and Suggs are both represented by Joel Segal, who didn't return several phone calls yesterday.

I hope they do send him to NY.

Duckett is really scary inside the red zone, and we aren't exactly the poster boys for solid run D.

Just curious... Do the Falcons have another big bruiser in the backfield?

That guy the Falcs got in the 3rd round, Jerrious Norwood I think it is, is making Duckett expendable. He's 5-11 204, so not exactly a bruiser and mauler like Duckett, but he has got skills.

He's a really good back. He didn't have the chance to shine on a national level, because he was running behind a piss poor Mississippi State line. He's not quite the load Duckett is, but he does run with good power.

Norwood may not be a bruiser but he sure is fast. He looked really good against New England.
