This is what we have planned for tonight's Reporters Roundtable show (6:30-8 p.m. CDT, Biz Radio 990 AM, www.bizneworleans.com, 504-200-9476, reportersroundtable@hotmail.com):

In the first half hour I'll be joined by Tim Brando of CBS Sports and Sporting News Radio. Tim is doing play-by-play on three of the Saints' four preseason telecasts and will talk about his impressions of the Saints and also LSU and the SEC, time permitting.

In the second half hour I'll be joined by Ralph Russo, the national college football writer for the Associated Press. We'll talk about the AP preseason poll and the top contenders for the national championship(s), including LSU and the SEC.

In the final half hour I'll be joined by Scott Rabalais of the Advocate to talk about LSU's scrimmage last night and preseason camp as a whole as the opener is just 10 days away.
