Brown vs Freeney tonight

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; This matchup doesn't make me feel real warm and fuzzy. Do you think the staff will have a TE over there helping out a lot tonight, or do you think they'll leave Brown on an island with Freeney coming at ...

Brown vs Freeney tonight

This matchup doesn't make me feel real warm and fuzzy.

Do you think the staff will have a TE over there helping out a lot tonight, or do you think they'll leave Brown on an island with Freeney coming at Brees' back?

I don't like this matchup at all.

Yep......I have a feeling Jamal is going to receive one of those "Reginald Deny" a** whoopins' tonight.

That could be a good thing. Slide Archibald in there after Brown gets used & see what happens.

No, put Brown bact at RT so he can dominate

Place either Mayberry or Evans(who played this pos in coll) at LT

I don't think I'd like Evans protecting Brees blind side more than Brown.

But evans got picked by us b/c he dominated that pos

Instead of Payton trying Brown at LT, he should've been working on converting Evan's skills to the NFL

He couldn't even dominate at the right tackle position... don't know why he's at left.

He had plenty of TE/FB help but I scored him very high in this game. Way better than the Dallas game. People throughout the league give the Saints props for picking him over Alex Barron who was talked up more. He has that needed mean streak like Bentley. For the big first round player bucks I think it is a good move that will pay off.

big improvement. but freeny did not do much on outside speed rush, so the jury is still out. Dallas killed him that way
