Gandy Trade Draft Pick

I know they got a conditional late round pick in that trade but I cannot remember ever hearing what it was or the terms. Anyone have that info?

* Acquired in April trade along with a future draft pick from the Atlanta Falcons for T Wayne Gandy.
* Has started 34 of 46 games in his career, including 13 in 2005 at free safety.
* Second-round pick by the Falcons in 2003 out of Penn State.
