17-13 Browns over Saints... unless Carney misses a field goal. Close game but we haven't showed enough offensively or defensively this preseason for me to give them more than a touchdown and a couple of field goals.

I think we'll beat the Browns. They don't look any better than we do in all aspects. After them though, we're going to have a tough time unless that OL tightens up & the defense plays better.

i think the browns have some nice young weapons and are really going to be a good team over the next few years. if we have questions about our oline then so do they. i just heard they signed the guy that makes the donuts as their center. i am going with the saints here. i think horn plays pretty well and so does brees. i think deuce is our number one guy this season and will get 15-20 carries and go over 100. i think bush will get about 10-12 carries and get a nice 40-70 yards and another 20-30 from the air. i think we win 24-20. if we don't get blown out in the first quater of games this year and we have the opportunity to run it we could be competitive in some games this year.

p.s. my nephew got in trouble his first day at college for having a neon sign in his dorm window that said live nudes. thats pretty cool

I did that my first year in college and they threatened to evict us if we didn't take it down. But it was much more than just a sign though... :wink: We had girls pouring stuff on our windows and trashing our front door. Those @$%$^#$ !!!!

We should run Duece a lot to keep our defense off the field! Our defense is pretty stinky, but it can hang with C-Land's offense. C-land's defense can play better than average, but has weaknesses. I went to the final C-Land/ Chicago pre-season and C-land didn't play all the starters! I was at the game Thurs night and was chatting with the C-land loyalists and every time chicago broke a nice run i'd say...Oh you better shore that up..'cause Reggie Bush is coming to town! They asked.."how'd you become a Saints fan when you live in OHIO"? I say that I rrot for the Saints because the closest thing to an NFL team in Ohio is OSU!

We are soooo far under the radar we could run into ben laden. Nobody knows what to expect from this team. The coach has held his cards close. Man for man, I think we're better. The gun will be loaded with real bullets come next Sunday, let's hope it's aimed at the Browns and not our feet. We've shot ourselves in the foot for the past four games, fortunately the gun had blanks.

If this coach is such a genius we will soon see what he has been hiding. I hope it's a fresh can of W.A.

I predicted 31-27 a month ago, and there's nothing to indicate that it won't be a shootout. The wild card here is whether Brees doesn't choke when he's got receivers open in the endzone from 10 yards out and throw a Brooks style interception. I've not been particularly impressed with his preseason play. Run Deuce, Run Reggie, Run Forest Run!

Browns negatives: Untested QB, garden variety o-line, old defense.
Browns positives: Above average RB and WR/TE's, home field advantage.

Pressure on Charlie = We win

Charlie has time to throw to the receivers = We lose

It's that simple. We have to rattle him often and early.

The keys to the game are the same things you have been hearing Payton say ever since he got here. No stupid penalties...no stupid turnovers...and make a couple big plays. If the Saints can come into the game and actually execute their gameplan...i say they win 31-13. If they show up and turn the ball over, and commit 12 penalties, then they get their butts handed to them. I will predict it will be somewhere in between and say Saints 24....Browns 17.

It is one that could truly go either way very easily, whether nailbiter or runaway. Win or lose I am looking for more creative schemes and execution minus all the Haz era mistakes. I'm shooting for 2-0 into the dome and become the feel good story of the year at 3-0. So, let's try 24-17 Saints.

I am really hping for a little razzle dazzle from the offense.

I predict that I will be right behind the Saints bench on the 45 yard line! Saints better win..Browns fans are a bunch of dirt balll roughneck's!

Here is my prediction.........The offense starts off slow driving the ball down their throats.......7-3 Browns at half time due to a long passing TD. By the middle of the third quarter the Browns D will be too tired and Duece and Bush will be able to crack a long TD run each.... Brees throws on to Colston in the fourth and the Saints win 24-10

I liked one fantasy tip I read, went like- Brees shoulder isn't ailing but Cleveland's defensive backfield is. Look for big numbers in that match up.

Both offenses sputter, but we have the better talent pool on that side of the ball. Saints win 17-10.

I think SP learned a thing or two from Big Bill, and kept all his aces hidden in pre-season. I think people will be surprised when the Saints Win today 27-6. Two defensive touchdowns help, but it'll be a win.
