this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Most of the fault goes to the O-Line but the play calling also was terrible. You can't keep calling 5 and 7 step dropbacks if you can't block, they didn't try to roll him away from Merriman or counter that ...

Most of the fault goes to the O-Line but the play calling also was terrible. You can't keep calling 5 and 7 step dropbacks if you can't block, they didn't try to roll him away from Merriman or counter that pass rush. Also they couldn't run the ball. Jordan was a pretty good RB last year and he wasn't effective at all. Anderson dropped at least 3 passes and I know that there were at least 1 or 2 more. I'm glad that we're in a new era, but I still wish him well.
